Climate Change

The city’s comprehensive plan contains a Climate Change Element with core principles of addressing the impacts of climate change from a holistic perspective, reducing the impacts of climate change through mitigation strategies, and recognizing and utilizing the opportunities brought forth by climate change. It includes goals, policies, and evaluation measures for the objectives established.
