Climate Change

The county’s comprehensive plan contains actions to address the impacts of climate change. Sector VIII includes strategies that focus on climate change mitigation, and Sector IX includes strategies that focus on climate change adaptation. These solutions involve permitting and code changes, plans and studies, programs and programs, and partnerships.

Comprehensive Planning

The city’s comprehensive plan was adopted on April 2021, organizes its core outcomes in 3 main pillars and 14 sub sections:

Each of these topics present nested programs, policies, goals, and implementation strategies. One element that stands out is that of the emphasis of community and identity for the city and community with increase in development for the future.
