Climate Change

The city’s comprehensive plan contains several goals to help the city address the impacts of climate change. It includes actions and implementation strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Goal II.D) and strengthen the city’s resilience to climate change risks, hazards, and extreme events (Goal IV.B).
