The city’s comprehensive plan addresses climate change impacts in its Resiliency Chapter. It discusses the anticipated risks and who and what will be most affected. It presents analyses that show the most sensitive populations, structures, exposed and lands and lists mitigation and adaptation recommendations to respond to the identified issues.
