Climate Change

This functional plan contains goals and strategies to help the community mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change. Chapter 3 focuses on strategies to reduce the city’s greenhouse gas emissions, and Chapter 4 focuses on strategies and actions to help the city adapt to climate change impacts. It also presents actions to help implement the plan, including assigned responsibilities, funding and financing sources, monitoring and reporting targets, partnerships, and timeline and milestones.
