This functional plan establishes the community’s goal to become more resilient to the impacts of climate change. It gives an overview of climate change in the jurisdiction, presents its greenhouse gas emissions, and discusses how the incorporate equity in climate action. And it explores objectives and actions to help the city reduce its greenhouse gas emissions in several sectors.
