Climate Change

This functional plan includes actions to help the city reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. It identifies emission reduction objectives and actions in six sectors: energy supply, residential energy, commercial energy, vehicles and transportation, waste and landfill, and aviation and airport. Each of the objectives and actions presents its level of potential for GHG reduction as well as the primary co-benefits such as promoting equity, fostering economic sustainability, and enhancing public health and safety.
