Climate Change

This functional plan presents goals, challenges and opportunities, and actions to help the town and community reduce and prepare for the impacts of climate change. It contains actions centered in four areas: 

1. Buildings and energy; 
2. Transportation and land use; 
3. Waste, water, and natural resources; and 
4. Resiliency. 

Each of the actions identified in the plan features its greenhouse gas reduction potential, the level of investment required, the co-benefits, and the Town authority to act.
