Climate Change

This functional plan presents Bellingham’s government and resident-driven actions to address the impacts of climate change. It identifies several municipal and community emissions reductions grouped in six core climate action strategies: Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Transportation, Renewable Energy, Land Use, Green Building, and Waste Reduction.
