Climate Change

This functional plan contains strategies to address climate change, waste, and energy goals while centering equity and building resilience. It includes actions such as designing an equitable implementation structure for the plan (SLCP 4), establishing strategies for recycling damaged materials from natural disasters (ZWN 10), and expanding local and regional transit coverage (CTC 3). And Each of the actions features the level of investment and the equity, mitigation, and resilience potential.
