Climate Change

This functional plan contains strategies to help the city mitigate the impacts of climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting natural resources with carbon-capturing potential. It groups mitigation strategies under six focus areas:

1. Transportation;
2. Land Use;
3. Buildings;
4. Waste;
5. Renewable Energy, and
6. Policy, Decision-Making, and Reporting.
