Climate Change

This functional plan contains goals and actions to help the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes address the impacts of climate change. It addresses why tribes are planning for climate change and gives an overview of climate change impacts at the tribal, local, and regional levels while considering traditional ecological knowledge and tribal elder observations. And it includes several goals and actions to address climate change in various sectors, including forestry, land, air quality, infrastructure, and people.
