Climate Change

This functional plan contains strategies to help the city reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prepare for the impacts of climate change. Different sections of this plan give an overview of climate change within the jurisdiction, present greenhouse emissions, and address the social vulnerabilities. It includes six focus areas:

1. Climate and Energy;
2. Economy and Jobs;
3. Infrastructure, Utilities, and Waste;
4. Natural Resources;
5. Public Health and Safety; and
6. Transportation and Land Use.
