Climate Change

This functional plan presents strategies to help the community of Shaktoolik respond to the impacts of climate change. It identifies several initiatives to help implement this plan, including updating the local mitigation plan, seeking funding to construct a multipurpose building to house community offices and population during a large storm, and building a berm to deflect wave energy and reduce overtopping.
