Climate Change

This functional plan presents a roadmap to help the city mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change. It contains several climate actions, including Institutionalizing carbon reduction and climate resilience in City government (CLG-1), enhancing community energy resilience (EN-4), and improving source reduction and recycling (ZW-1).
