Biophilic planning

The model ordinance provides a template to help communities create policies to reduce bird collisions with glass. The framework this model is based off will result in 100% of all building materials will be bird friendly in the first 100 feet of all buildings. However, communities are able to adjust this model ordinance to reduce the amount of bird friendly building materials to better fit their community.
