Biophilic Planning|Outdoor Lighting

This model ordinance will allow communities to develop standards that reduce light pollution. Additionally, this model hopes to create uniformity of outdoor lighting ordinances across the country to better develop standards and effective lighting control. The model using lighting zones based on land use types to customize outdoor lighting requirements to the area.
