Biophilic Planning

This subarea plan for the Central City neighborhood includes many biophilic elements, especially in the Health & Environment section of the plan. This section discusses many biophilic elements such as green infrastructure and green roofs, increased tree canopy, and the Green Loop, which will connect neighborhoods to open spaces and the Willamette River.
