This functional plan supports the ravine system in Toronto through five guiding principles and 20 actions. One of the main guiding principles is creating opportunities for residents to connect and interact with the ravines. This plan also establishes the principals that will be used to maintain the ravine systems and improve decision-making among management agencies.
