Biophilic Planning

This functional plan has a goal of reducing flooding instances occurring due to large storms by utilizing green infrastructure to better manage stormwater. This plan identifies the lack of green infrastructure as a primary reason for flooding and suggest that taking a green first approach for infrastructure projects will reduce the flooding along with other benefits such as habitat restoration.
