Electric Vehicle Infrastructure

This report identifies barriers and solutions for boosting electric vehicle charging deployment and adoption. It recommends expanding utilities investments, reforms to electric rates to encourage charging, and expedited permitting for charging stations. The barriers discussed includes limited access to installing chargers in workplaces and multi-unit dwellings, along with commercial electric rates that cause excessive costs to charging.
