This functional plan focuses on increasing electric vehicles in the region, while also coordinating the deployment of charging infrastructure. The plan is focused on maximizing electric vehicle miles traveled, improving the ease and cost of installing electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and improving awareness about EV among residents.
