Outdoor Lighting

The city's zoning code includes exterior lighting regulations that establish four lighting zones that function like zoning overlays (§21105.06). Provisions address purpose and scope, use of lighting zones, applicability, general performance standards, light trespass limitations, exempt lighting, and special purpose lighting.
