Transit oriented Development

This functional plan was created to promote a transit oriented action plan that strives to create policies and guidelines for equitable and sustainable development. Some of the main goals of the TOD program are the coordination of transit and infrastructure, dedicated funds for TOD projects, and creating safer and healthier communities.
