Transit Oriented Development

This regulations purpose is to codify and promote TOD zones (§38) which are described as self sustaining, walkable neighborhoods where residents, walk, bike, and have access to mass transit. The regulation requires a mix of land uses, foster a sense of place, human-scale environment, and a sustainable development type.
