Transit Oriented Development

This regulation codifies TOD districts and the development and redevelopment standards in key parcels laid out in (§127.4) that are required to be within 3,500 feet of a station. The regulation details the maximum building height, minimum street setback, and other regulatory procedures in city ordinances.
