Transit Oriented Development

This regulation details how in §13 TOD zoning districts are regulated operate, and what the purpose of them is. The regulation itself outline different districts such as the Transit Neighborhood Center, and the Transit Urban Center, what the purpose of these is, and the regulations that accompany each zoning district.
