transit Oriented Development

This report analyzes the Los Angeles built environment as well as city zoning codes to see whether these are hindering or helping transit oriented development around its existing rail lines. The study analyzes six Metro rail stations and see if new development, land use planning, and what other factors are playing into the development or lack there of for each site.
