Andreea Udrea, AICP
Professional Biography
Andreea Udrea brings a combination of Texas planning experience with an European planning knowledge and education that has guided her thirst for inquiry into fundamentals of American zoning and its long-lasting effects. Andreea has led urban planning teams, planned and designed cities and communities, coordinated and reviewed development plans, researched and taught academically urban planning and design. Most recently, Andreea has been working with various North Texas zoning departments overseeing the development review of the fast-growing Dallas Metroplex. Previously, she was the Director of Urban and Metropolitan Planning Center of Bucharest, Romania. Andreea is an European PhD in urban planning for her research on the first comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances of European Capital Cities.
