<p>Susan Swift, AICP re-established&nbsp;Swift &amp; Golden LLC in 2025 to allow her to be more selective in the types of zoning entitlement and opposition projects she assists.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>She has both public and private sector experience in Florida, Maryland and Virginia.&nbsp; As a consultant, Ms. Swift has served as an expert witness and planner on behalf of developers and civic/homeowner associations.</p><p>In addition, she has represented FDOT and other public agencies&nbsp;on&nbsp;various infrastructure and eminent domain projects including roadways, pipelines&nbsp;and the Tampa trolley system.</p><p>Susan has served as&nbsp;Planning, Zoning and Permitting Director for the cities of Tampa, Leesburg VA and Rockville MD. She is known for her innovative approach to land development codes and improvements to the development review process, as well as her expertise with redevelopment and comprehensive plans.</p>
